Collective agreement

Your collective agreement sets out your rights and responsibilities at work.  If you have any concerns about your treatment, please talk to your steward or a member of the executive.

 

Bylaws

Our bylaws set out the rules for how our local democratically elects our representatives, and how it is run.

Benefits

CUPE 1302 members have health benefits provided through Manulife, as bargained in our collective agreement.

If you feel you are being unreasonably denied benefits you should be eligible for, talk to your steward or a member of the collective agreement.

CUPE 1302 members are eligible for tuition and childcare benefits through Queens University.

Pensions

CUPE 1302 members have pensions provided through the University Pension Plan (UPP).  If you have questions about your eligibility for the plan or your benefits and can't get a good answer from the employer, talk to your steward or a member of the executive.
